Description: Recipe below to go with the video - share with everyone you know! RECIPE & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Rice mix (stuffing) 1 cup chopped onions 2 cups chopped parsley ¼ cup chopped mint 1¼ cup rice (preferably Egyptian rice, but basmati is a good alternative) 4 or 5 Grated tomatoes. Strain out the juice of the tomatoes and keep aside for the sauce and use the rest for rice mix. Seasoning: Salt, pepper, paprika and a little bit of dry mint Mix all the above together. Meanwhile put your vine leaves into boiling water for 5 minutes. Take the leaves out and set aside to cool before starting to make the rolls. Once rolls are ready, in a big pot put some olive oil, and place sliced potatoes first, and then start placing the waraq enab on top. As a final step, you need the sauce. For the sauce: 1 cup olive oil 1 cup lemon juice 1 cup water with vegetable or chicken stock The strained tomato water from earlier on Salt, pepper, pomegranate molasses and (red chili optional) Mix all the above together and pour on top of "waraq 3enab" pot. Place a large plate on top of the pot to cover the surface and keep moisture within. Cook on low heat for 1 ½ hours. Like, Share, Comment - I would really appreciate it.
